What is protein and its roles to our Body?
Protein is an essential macronutrient that plays many important roles in the human body. Its Build and repair tissues, enzyme and hormone production, serves as transport and storage of some substances, immunity and it can also serves as source of energy in our body when other energy sources are low. 

Here are some foods from animals that can give us a high protein content:

1. Chicken meat: Chicken is a popular source of protein, with 100 grams of cooked chicken breast providing around 31 grams of protein.

2. Beef: Beef is another protein-rich animal food, with 100 grams of cooked lean beef containing about 26 grams of protein.

3. Salmon: Salmon is a fatty fish that's also a good source of protein. A 100-gram serving of cooked salmon can contain around 25 grams of protein.

4. Eggs: Eggs are a versatile and nutrient-dense food that's high in protein. One large egg contains around 6 grams of protein.

5.Greek yogurt: Greek yogurt is a creamy and tangy dairy product that's high in protein. A 170-gram serving of plain Greek yogurt can provide around 17 grams of protein.
