Maypera is one of the online Lending apps in the Philippines that offers non-collateral personal loans. Lucky Shell Fintech Lending, Inc. is the company behind Maypera and two other Lending Apps which are the LuckyPeso and MiPeso. All of these apps can allow you to have an emergency cash loan with smooth and fast assessment just within a minute. However, beware and if you have a chance to borrow money from your relatives just try to borrow from them rather than borrowing from these Lending Apps, why?

Non-collateral personal loans especially in Lending app offers have risk-return investments such as the high interest rates. Most interest rates of OLA (Online Lending Apps) ranging from 60% to 30% monthly.

So, what are the things to know about Maypera? Maypera will shock you with the repayment date because it was indicated that it will just be visible after you have submitted your loan amount. Think before you apply because their repayment period is good for 7 days only not 125 days. Even you are applying multiple times their term will not change to 7 days repayment only.

Interest rate and Other fees of Maypera
For example computation;
If you loan 1,600 pesos the interest indicated will be 1% which is 16 pesos but they will add other fees larger than the interest rate which are the 240 pesos service fee and the 336 pesos account management fee. On the other hand, your repayment amount will be 2,192 pesos for 7 days. The total amount of fee increment would be 37% per week based on their loan details presented in the Maypera App.

Maypera requirements that may violate your privacy and may compromise your data;
a.) They will require you to give them access permission to your SMS, Contacts lists, Phone and Location. This will be accessing your major personal information and may well be used in case you missed out on your due date.
b.) They will ask you to add your Facebook profile links upon account application.

Maypera Harassment
I have read so many harassment complains on Facebook groups and in the Youtube Video comment section. One anonymous member of Facebook Group Fight Online Loan Sharks posted "Overdue na po ako kay Maypera grabe yung late charge almost 1k. Any advice". Most comment in this post said "Mabait ang mga agent ni Maypera pero talagang tatawagan ka nila lagi".
