Diskartech app Guide to Change Mobile Number When my mobile number was lost and became deactivated, I wasn't able to transact anything in the Diskartech app. It was always asking for a one-time password as the key to proceed with any transactions. To solve my problem, since the Diskatech Application has no tab for changing mobile numbers, I have no option but to contact their customer service email address. Yes, you heard it right; once you have a problem with your account, always contact customer support through the email address or phone.

When I was trying to recover my account by changing my mobile number, it took days to resolve. Since I am a busy person, I can not reply to the email immediately. I'm going to share with you guys my experience of changing Mobile Number in the Diskartech App.

Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) is the bank behind the Diskartech app. Through the Diskartech App, they offer various banking services that may simplify and be convenient to their clients. They offer Saving with competitive interest rates, non-collateral loans, cashback, rewards, load, bank transfers, and bill payments.

I can recommend this App because of its high-security measures and an uneasy way to change anything to avoid account hacking, and Users' account safety is their priority.

Things to remember for Requests to change Mobile Number in Diskartech App;

1. Send an Email to Diskartech customer support using your email Registered to the Diskartech app at help@diskartech.ph or go to their website to look for their updated email address.
[Note: be careful to look for the right website, always check the domain name, spelling, and extension]

Subject: [Request to Change of Mobile Number]

Email content: [Must contain your Purpose and explain why you want to change your number.]

2. The customer support will be responding with the requirements needed to change your mobile number. These are 11 pieces of information about yourself related to the data you have submitted to the Diskartech app, including your Name, account number, Picture of your ID used in Diskartech, Proof of ownership of the mobile number you want to replace, etc.

3. Once you have submitted all of the needed information, customer support will respond to your email again as a receipt of your email.
Note: [You need to wait for 3-5 working days to process your request which weekends and holidays are not included]

4. For the last requirement, you will receive an email again stating that they have sent a message to your new mobile number as proof that the number is in your hand. You must screenshot the message and send it to the customer support again. This is not done with this.
Note: [The sender of the message is Diskartech itself with a null number]

5. After 3-5 working days (to process your request, which weekends and holidays are not included), they have successfully changed your mobile number. You will be notified via email.

Patience is the key. They just secure your bank from possible fraud and scams. I sent my requirements on August 2, 2024, and it was successfully changed on August 11, 2024.
