How to recover your Coins.ph account if you have lost access to your 2FA?

Two-factor Authentication is good for account security online. This is the highest level of security due to the encrypted code exclusive to your phone. Once the Authenticator App is deleted or you have lost your device you can not recover your code coming from your old device. Even you will log in with the same account. Codes generated within this app were unique and exclusive. Losing your device is terrible.

For the security and protection of your account, Coins.ph gives you a 2FA option. But what if you have lost access to the 2FA App? What you should do?

Here are the Steps on How you will recover your account if you have lost access to the Two-factor Authenticator App;

a.) Go to the website of Coins.ph and navigate to the help center page or click on this link.
Note: Always check the spelling and other characters in domain name to avoid phishing.
b.) Fill out all the needed information. It is okay even if you have no attachment.
c.) The coins.ph will contact you through the email you have used in the Ticket you have Submitted.
d.) An E-mail from the representative contains a link. Click the link and you will be redirected to the form.
e.) Take a photo of your Government ID and Selfie with your ID submitted in your left hand and paper on the right side with the date today.
f.) On the next day you will receive an email from the coins representative that your request is successfully done.
g.) Once you have received this email, try to log in to your coins.ph account.
